Ibadah Haji Ditutup Dengan Ritual – Tahallul adalah salah satu ritual penting yang dilakukan setelah menyelesaikan semua rangkaian ibadah haji atau umrah. Istilah “tahallul” berasal dari bahasa Arab yang berarti “menjadi boleh” atau “menjadi halal”. Ritual ini bentuk pembebasan dari semua larangan ihram yang telah dipatuhi selama ini.

Dengan melakukan ritual Tahallul maka prosesi ibadah haji yang dikerjakan juga akan berakhir, karena tahallul menjadi rukun yang terakhir dari prosesi ibadah haji yang wajib dikerjakan.

Tahallul merupakan simbolisasi dari pembebasan diri dari keadaan ihram, yang merupakan status khusus yang diambil saat memasuki tanah suci. Saat berada dalam keadaan ihram, jamaah Muslim harus mematuhi serangkaian aturan dan larangan, seperti tidak mencukur atau memotong rambut, tidak memakai wewangian, dan membatasi perilaku tertentu. 

Tahallul menandai akhir dari keterbatasan dan kembali ke kehidupan normal. Dasar tahallul berada pada ayat: 

لَقَدْ صَدَقَ اللّٰهُ رَسُوْلَهُ الرُّءْيَا بِالْحَقِّ ۚ لَتَدْخُلُنَّ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ اِنْ شَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ اٰمِنِيْنَۙ مُحَلِّقِيْنَ رُءُوْسَكُمْ وَمُقَصِّرِيْنَۙ لَا تَخَافُوْنَ ۗفَعَلِمَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمُوْا فَجَعَلَ مِنْ دُوْنِ ذٰلِكَ فَتْحًا قَرِيْبًا

Artinya: “Sungguh, Allah akan membuktikan kepada Rasul-Nya tentang kebenaran mimpinya bahwa kamu pasti akan memasuki Masjidilharam, jika Allah menghendaki dalam keadaan aman, dengan menggundul rambut kepala dan memendekkannya, sedang kamu tidak merasa takut. Maka Allah mengetahui apa yang tidak kamu ketahui dan selain itu Dia telah memberikan kemenangan yang dekat.” (QS Surat Al-Fath ayat 27).

Macam-macam Tahallul

Larangan ihram yang harus dipatuhi akan menjadi halal setelah melaksanakan tahallul. Tahallul yang artiya penghalalan suatu pekerjaan yang awalnya dilarang menjadi halal. 

Tahallul terbagi menjadi 2, tahallul ashghar (kecil) dan tahallul akbar (besar).

  • Tahallul ashghar atau kecil bila jamaah telah melaksanakan dua perkara dari tiga perkara yaitu, mencukur rambut paling sedikit 3 helai, melempar jumrah aqabah dan tawaf ifadhah. Jika telah melaksanakan tahallul ashghar jamaah diperbolehkan melakukan sebagian hal-hal yang dilarang seperti menggunakan parfum atau wangi-wangian, memakai pakain berjahit dan lainya kecuali melakukan hubungan suami istri.
  • Selanjutnya Tahallul akbar atau besar, bila jamaah telah melaksanakan tahallul akbar maka diperbolehkan mengerjakan semua yang larangan haji.

Tahallul merupakan ritual penutup yang dalam ibadah haji. Melalui pemotongan rambut, para jamaah haji menyatakan pembebasan diri dari kewajiban ihram. Ritual tahallul juga menjadi momen bersejarah di mana para jamaah haji merayakan keberhasilan mereka dalam menunaikan salah satu kewajiban agama yang paling mulia.
